How to use: Stir the specified dose of Psyllium Husk in half a glass of water or juice and drink instantly, as it tends to become gelatinous in just a short time. Follow with 1-2 glasses of water.
For Constipation, Diarrhea, IBS, & Weight Loss programs: Take one scoop (8 - 10 g) twice per day directly before meals.
For Heart Health and Diabetes: Take half a scoop (5g) 3 times daily before meals.
