Usages & Dosages

Add 2–3 drops to boiling water and inhale the steam.
Add 10–12 drops to an essential oil diffuser to help clear the sinuses and uplift the mood.
For muscle pain: Mix 4 drops of Lemongrass Oil and 4 drops of Lemon Oil with 2 tablespoons of Grapeseed Oil. Gently massage toward the heart every 2–3 hours.
For tired feet: Add 3–5 drops of Lemongrass Oil, along with 2 tablespoons of sea salt, to a bowl of warm water. Soak the feet for 10 minutes.
For fungal infections: Mix 4 drops of Lemongrass Oil and 4 drops of Tea Tree Oil with 1 tablespoon of Jojoba Oil. Apply the mixture to the affected area twice daily.
Lemongrass & Olive Oil Hair Conditioner: Mix 5 drops of Lemongrass Oil, 10 drops of Lavender Oil, and 15 drops of Rosemary Oil with ½ cup of Olive Oil. Massage into the scalp and hair roots, leave for 25 minutes, then wash thoroughly.
