Loyalty Points Policy for Website and Mobile App
We are committed to providing the best experience for our customers through our Loyalty Points Program, which allows you to earn points on your purchases and redeem them for discounts on your future orders, according to the following tiers:
The discount is applied to the next order only after redeeming the points.
Discount Tiers
From 1,000 to 4,000 points: 2% discount
From 4,001 to 8,000 points: 3% discount
From 8,001 to 16,000 points: 4% discount
From 16,001 to 30,000 points: 6% discount
From 30,001 to 50,000 points: 8% discount
More than 50,000 points: 10% discount
Terms & Conditions
Points cannot be redeemed if they are less than 1,000 points. Therefore, please ensure that you reach the minimum threshold of 1,000 points to benefit from the discounts.
The discount is calculated and applied only to the next order after redeeming the points.
When redeeming points, they are converted into a discount percentage and cannot be converted back into points.
Points are earned only on purchases made through the website or mobile app.
Points can only be used through the website or mobile app and are not applicable to in-store purchases.
Points cannot be used in conjunction with promotions or discount codes.
All available points must be redeemed in full; partial redemption is not allowed.
Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned.
The company reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Points Program or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
