Oat & Cinnamon Crepe

A healthy and filling crepe for suhoor, combining fiber-rich oats, eggs, and milk to provide long-lasting energy, with cinnamon, cocoa, and a sweet honey touch—perfect for Ramadan vibes.


Ingredients

1/2 cup ground oats

2 eggs

200 g milk

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp Imtenan virgin coconut oil

1 tbsp Imtenan cinnamon

5 tbsp Imtenan brown sugar or  Imtenan honey

1 packet baking soda

2 tbsp creamy honey (vanilla, almond & cinnamon, or plain as desired)

Steps


Mix all ingredients (oats, milk, coconut oil, eggs, cocoa, cinnamon, and honey) until a smooth batter forms.

Heat a flat pan and grease it with coconut oil.

Pour the batter and cook until set, then flip to the other side.

Remove from heat and fill with creamy honey as desired.

Roll or serve open and slice like pizza.
