Season the chicken breasts with lemon juice, salt, dried onion, mixed spices, and black pepper, then leave to marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat, then grill or cook the chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Set aside.
In the same pan, add olive oil and oat flour, stirring until combined into a paste.
Gradually add water and lemon juice while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce over the chicken evenly and garnish with fresh parsley.
