Chia Pudding with Fruits & Honey

A light and creamy chia pudding made with soaked chia seeds and natural honey, rich in fiber and omega-3, making it a healthy and nutritious breakfast or snack that keeps you full for longer.


3 tbsp Imtenan chia seeds

1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk

1 tbsp Imtenan spring flower honey

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh chopped fruits

1 tbsp crushed nuts or Imtenan honey with nuts

Steps


In a bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla well.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.

After chilling, stir the mixture again and pour into serving cups.

Garnish with fresh fruits and crushed nuts.
