Brown Rice with Turmeric & Vegetables

4 cups cooked brown rice from Imtenan

3 green onions

3 carrots

3 potatoes

1 cup mushrooms

1/2 cup peas

3 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Imtenan turmeric

4 tsp Imtenan lemon black pepper

1 tsp Imtenan cinnamon

Salt as desired

Steps


Cook the brown rice and set aside.

Chop the vegetables and mushrooms, then boil lightly.

Sauté the vegetables and mushrooms in a little oil until softened.

Add the spices and soy sauce, then mix well.

Add the brown rice and stir over heat for 5 minutes.

Serve hot.
