Quinoa Salad


Ingredients

  2. Imtenan Red quinoa
  3. Imtenan White quinoa
  4. Himalayan salt
  5. Lemon juice
  6. Cucumber, chopped
  7. Imtenan garlic powder
  8. Imtenan olive oil
  9. Cherry tomatoes
  10. Imtenan sliced onion
  11. Avocado, diced

Steps


  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly, then cook in water with Himalayan salt until tender (about 15 minutes).
  2. Drain and let the quinoa cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sliced onion, garlic powder, and avocado.
  4. Add lemon juice and Imtenan olive oil and mix well until ingredients are well combined.
  5. Serve chilled — a protein- and vitamin-rich meal.
