Steps
Rinse quinoa thoroughly, then cook in water with Himalayan salt until tender (about 15 minutes).
Drain and let the quinoa cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sliced onion, garlic powder, and avocado.
Add lemon juice and Imtenan olive oil and mix well until ingredients are well combined.
